Return Policy:

We at Akshoes want you to be delighted with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase if there is any issue with the shoe.

Your product must be original, unused, and still have all of the original tags and packaging on it in order to be eligible for a return. Items that have been used, worn, or otherwise damaged are not eligible for returns.

Please get in touch with our customer care department at 03082919155/akshoes04@gmail.com to start a return and get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please provide your order number, the item(s) you intend to return, and a brief explanation of why you're returning them. We will give you a pre-paid return label when we accept your return.

To avoid damage during shipment, please package the item(s) securely and carefully. We advise keeping things in their original packaging if at all possible.

We will check the returned item(s) to make sure they are in like-new condition once we get them. We'll handle your refund in 2-3 business days if everything works fine. The initial payment method that was used to make the transaction will be the recipient of refunds.

The cost of return postage is on you unless the item(s) are damaged, faulty, or wrong. Please be aware that shipping expenses are not refundable.
